We do not offer preparation, extras that can be ordered later, possible options, but real, tangible premium solutions that are already included in the basic price of the apartments. - In contrast to other offers, the preparation of the solar panel does not only mean a pulled wire, but an actual implementation, which is included in the price of the apartments. What is the difference between the two? Roughly 22 million Ft in your favour.
A common solution is that the terrace belonging to the apartment is not included in the basic price. In many places it is a kind of mandatory extra cost. In our case, of course, the price of the apartments also includes a terrace.
Shades represent premium quality. The aluminum shutters, which can be controlled by remote control, are completely light-blocking, have outstanding burglary protection, and perfect heat and sound insulation. Of course, this extra solution is not an extra cost either, it is already included in the price of the apartments.
In many cases, they solve the heating-cooling issue with an air conditioner that costs 250,000 Ft. The Palm Luxury is much
more! This is a real, verifiable AA++ category building, where the utilities are almost completely
free of charge. The building is cooled, heated and supplied with hot water by a heat pump, which
center instead of the one in the basement. Each apartment has its own heat meter and fan coil
includes a cooling-heating system.
Green solutions for a more livable world and low utility costs

- A heat pump equipped with a solar panel ensures the cooling, heating and hot water supply of the apartments, so the energy costs are almost negligible.
- The solar panels ensure the power supply of the elevator and the common consumers, so the electricity consumption is minimal.
- The possibility of charging electric cars is located in the covered carport belonging to the apartments.

- The indoor unit of the solar heat pump responsible for cooling, heating and hot water is located on the basement level.
